Physio Action is delighted to open its doors to patients at Harrogate Sports and Fitness Centre.

Physio Action has had a clinic in Harrogate for the last 15 years but unfortunately we have not been open for the last 2 years due to COVID. It feels great to be opening up again to compliment our existing clinics in Leeds and Ilkley.

Stephen Kirk,  our lead Physiotherapist

The team at Physio Action specialise in helping you recover from aches and pains and getting you back to the sports and activities you enjoy doing. We treat everything from arthritic knees to bad backs to sporting injuries. We enjoy and thrive on getting our patients going again.

Stephen Kirk,  our lead Physiotherapist specialises in lower limb injuries and has great experience working in the NHS, private and elite sports settings. Stephen has worked with many professional sports teams and European Tour golfers. He is a keen golfer himself.
Su Leeming is an Upper Limb specialist and has great experience in treating problematic shoulders, elbows and necks. Su is a keen sportswomen herself and loves been outdoors. She is never happier then being out on her mountain bike.

Intermittently we will be offering free 15 minute advice sessions and evening talks so please keep your eyes peeled to the notice boards for information and dates for these.
